Oh by the way, by definition a final judgement is not open to appeal. You are so not going to do well in the legal profession.

you are a fucking asshole. and so wrong on the law. ONLY A FINAL JUDGEMENT CAN BE OPEN TO APPEAL.
please - you - you just do not ever correspond with me ever again a/t what you just said.
how could you ever say that anything but a final judgement is open to appeal? what are you going to appeal? how the case is going?
you are, out of all the people i have met in here, a true idiot. and so wrong on the law.
seriously you go away for good. or better yet, respond with an acknowledgement that you are wrong on that point of law. so basic. you obviously know shit about the law
